Return/Refund Policy
Wrong, damaged or defective items:
Our goal is for you, our valued customer, to be satisfied with your purchase. Items sent incorrectly, damaged or defective will be exchanged or refunded in full. If an item needs to be returned, please contact Skipsskidplates for a RA# (Return Authorization Number) within seven (30) days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. The RA# must be written clearly on the shipping label and a copy of the invoice and letter of explanation placed inside. Returns will not be processed without a RA#. All items (even defective items) should be returned in as clean condition as possible. In order to initiate the Returns/Refunds process, customers must submit photos or videos of the received items as part of the claim processing requirements. Additional information such as shipping details may also be required before issuing the RA#.
All other returns:
For discrepancies not related to damaged, defective or wrong item, the customer must contact Skipsskidplates within seven (30) days of receipt to get a RA# (Return Authorization Number). No returns will be accepted after 30days of receipt. The RA# must be written clearly on the shipping label and a copy of the invoice and letter of explanation placed inside. Returns will not be processed without a RA#. There will be at least 20% restocking fee for the authorized return of new products. All returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging in 100% resalable condition, or we may refuse to issue credit. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges unless we shipped an incorrect, damaged or defective item. Shipping fees are not refundable. We may require additional information to process a return, including pictures, shipping information, etc. before issuing your RA#.

-Date of Purchase
-Reason for Return
After receiving this information we will notify you by email with Return Instructions.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
