Material choices:
You've got two ways to go. Straight 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum, or the same aluminum with an extra 1/4" layer of UHMW plastic on the bottom for added sliding protection. Both do the job — the UHMW option just gives you more glide when you're dragging over stuff.
Add a powder coat finish:
Want it black instead of bare metal? We can coat the whole thing for $100, or just the bash plate you can see for $20. Fair warning — if you go with the black coating, tack on an extra 1-2 weeks before it ships out. It's only offered in black.
