You've got two options here. Go with 3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum if you want something that'll shed weight without giving up protection. Or step up to 1/2" UHMW if you're running rough country and want maximum toughness underneath.

Want it finished in black instead of the standard material look? Add a black powder coat for an extra $130. Keep in mind—if you choose this finish, tack on another 1-2 weeks before it ships out to you.
