About The Material
The guards are made from 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum—tough enough to handle rocks, logs, and rough terrain without adding unnecessary weight to your machine.

A Few Notes
When you bolt these on, use blue Loctite on the fasteners—that's what we recommend now instead of anti-seize. The install video we have shows a 1000 model, but the process is the same for your 500 Max.
