Pick Your Material
3/16" Aluminum — solid, tough, and lighter than the hybrid option if that matters to you.
3/16" Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW layer — gives you extra slide protection where the plastic polyethylene backing takes the abuse.
Powder Coat Finish
Want it in black? You can add a powder coat finish to protect the metal and make it look cleaner. This costs $140 if you only want the visible pieces (A-arm guards, trailing arms, rock sliders) or $275 if you want everything coated, including the frame skids. Either way, plan on an extra 1-2 weeks for shipping when you go this route. Black is the only color we offer for powder coat.
