3/16" Aluminum — lightweight and durable, handles most trail abuse.
3/8" UHMW — ultra-high molecular weight plastic that's tougher against impact. The front bash plate on this option is layered: 3/16" aluminum backing with 1/4" UHMW facing, and the rest of the set is solid 3/8" UHMW.
Black Powder Coat Finish
Want everything in black? We can do that. Add the black powder coat and plan on an extra 1–2 weeks for delivery. You've got two choices:
Visible Pieces ($150) — We'll coat your front bash, A-arm guards, and rock sliders black. Great if you're going with UHMW and want just the exposed aluminum parts to show color.
Complete ($200) — Everything gets coated: bash plate, A-arm guards, rock sliders, and all the frame skids.
