Polaris Sportsman 570 6x6 Big Boss A-Arm Guards (2014–2026)
Your Polaris Sportsman 570 Big Boss 6x6 has a middle axle and CV boots that stick out and take hits from rocks, stumps, and trail debris. These A-arm guards cover those vulnerable spots front and back so you're not replacing damaged parts after every ride. They're made from solid 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum and built right here in the USA to handle serious off-road punishment year after year.
The 6x6 setup is different from a standard 4x4 — you've got extra wear points that need protection. This guard kit wraps your A-arms and CV boots on both ends, which is something a basic 4x4 guard set just won't do.

Build & Material
You're getting thick-wall 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum that holds up to hard use. For 2021–2026 models, there's also an option with a UHMW overlay on top of the aluminum — that's a tougher plastic layer that soaks up extra abrasion from dragging over rocks and logs.
Color Options
Grab the black powder coat finish for $50 if you want a finished look that matches the factory vibe. Just plan on an extra 1 to 2 weeks before it ships out the door.
Installation Notes
Use blue Loctite on all the bolts instead of anti-seize — it'll keep everything tight and secure while you're bouncing around the trail.
