3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum: Solid, durable, and proven on the trail. Riders choose this when they want strong protection without any extra weight.
3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW Overlay: The tougher setup. The plastic overlay soaks up hits and helps you slide over rocks and logs instead of getting hung up. Pick this if you're pushing harder.
Black Powder Coat Finish
Add a black powder coat if you want it to look sharp. Two ways to do it:
