This is a Ricochet skid plate built for your Beta 498 RR 4-stroke (2010-2019 models). It's made from 5052 H32 aircraft-grade aluminum, .160 inch thick, and wraps around the undercarriage to keep rocks, logs, and stumps from beating up your bike. Comes with everything you need to bolt it on—no drilling required.

The skid ships with a clear anodize finish that helps protect the aluminum from corrosion and wear. Installation is straightforward—the brackets bolt right on without any modification to your frame.
Finish Options
You've got two choices here. Go with the standard clear anodize, or add a black powder coat for extra durability and looks. The black powder coat runs about 1-2 weeks longer to ship since it's applied after we finish the plate. If you want to powder coat it yourself, the aluminum comes ready to go—just take it to your local shop and have them do the work.
