Material Options
You've got two choices here. Straight 3/16" 5052 H-32 aluminum will do the job and save you some money. Or go with 3/16" aluminum backed by a 1/4" UHMW overlay — that's ultra-high-molecular-weight plastic that takes abuse better and slides over rocks easier than bare aluminum.
Black Powder Coat Finish
Want them in black instead of bare metal? You can add a black powder coat finish for $75. Fair warning — if you pick that option, add another 1-2 weeks to your delivery time while we get them coated.
