Material choices:
Start with solid 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum, or go with 3/16" aluminum backed by 1/4" UHMW for extra toughness where you need it most.
Black powder coat finish:
Want it coated black instead of bare? You've got two ways to go about it. The Visible option puts black on just the front bash plate for $20 extra. The Complete option coats everything—bash plate and all frame skids—for $100 more. Either way, plan on adding 1-2 weeks to your shipping time.
