These guards sit right in front of them and take those hits so your drivetrain doesn't have to. We make them from 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum, cut and shaped to fit your Outlander MAX XT 1000R exactly, and build them here in the USA.

The Material
3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum is what you want for this job. It's strong enough to handle hard contact without bending or cracking, and it's the kind of stuff riders trust when they're serious about protecting their machines.
Finish Options
The guards ship as-is, or you can add a black powder coat finish for a more finished look that resists rust and weathering. If you go with the powder coat, add about 1 to 2 extra weeks to your delivery time, but a lot of guys think it's worth it.
