3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW — The UHMW plastic layer soaks up hard impacts and gives you extra cushion if you're tackling gnarly terrain.
Add A Black Powder Coat Finish
Want it to look sharp instead of bare metal? You can add a black powder coat to just the visible guards and skids ($70), or go all-in and coat the whole kit—frame skids, A-arm guards, bash plate, everything ($150). Either way, plan on an extra 1-2 weeks for that finish to ship.
