3/16" Aluminum — Strong enough for rocks and roots, doesn't add weight where you don't need it.
3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW — The UHMW layer on top gives you extra shock absorption and lets things slide off instead of catching. Go with this if you're pushing it hard and want maximum protection.
Wheel-Well Guards (Optional Add-On)
Pair these with our UHMW Wheel-Well Protection (SKU: 866-WW) to block mud and rocks before they get anywhere near your machine. These bolt straight onto the floorboard guards, so they work as a team. Don't need them? Skip it. Want them? They're worth adding now.
Black Powder Coat Option
Want that blacked-out look instead of bare metal? Add a black powder coat finish for $30. Looks sharp and holds up to the trail. Just know that going with powder coat adds 1 to 2 weeks to your shipping time.
