Material Options:
You can go with straight 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum, or step up to 3/16" aluminum paired with a 1/4" UHMW layer on top for extra sliding protection.
Add a Black Powder Coat:
If you want it finished in black instead of bare aluminum, add $180 to your order. Fair warning — the black powder coat finish takes an extra week or two to ship out, but it looks sharp and holds up well.
