This is a Ricochet skid plate built from 5052 H32 aircraft-grade aluminum, .160 inch thick, with a clear anodize coating straight out of the box. It bolts right on without any drilling or tapping into your KLR650 or KLR650S—just use the heavy-duty brackets we include and you're done. The whole thing installs easy and works great with SW-Motech crash guards if you're running those.
