Kawasaki KLX250S Skid Plate (2006-2021) | Redesigned & Built Tougher
We completely reworked this skid plate from scratch, and it's now stronger and tougher than before. You get full belly coverage that keeps rocks, logs, and stumps from beating up your undercarriage. It bolts on using our custom hardware—no drilling, no tapping, no messing with your bike's frame. Choose straight aluminum or add a UHMW plastic layer on top for extra slide and shock absorption when you're really sending it.

Material Options

Aluminum. 0.160" thick 5052-H32 with clear anodized coating that fights corrosion.

Aluminum + UHMW. Same aluminum base with a tough plastic overlay bolted on top. The UHMW layer glides over obstacles and soaks up hard hits better.
Hardware That Actually Holds Up
Our brackets are Chrome-Moly, which is more than twice as strong as regular steel. Custom fasteners keep everything locked down tight and easy to pull off when you need to service something underneath.

You can buy the UHMW overlay separately (SKU 266-U) and bolt it onto your existing aluminum skid plate.
