Kawasaki KLX300R Skid Plate (2020-2026) — Fully Redesigned & Made in the USA
We completely redesigned this skid plate from scratch, and it's tougher than ever. It wraps around your KLX300R's undercarriage to shield everything from rocks, logs, stumps, and whatever else you hit out there. You get a solid aluminum base, and if you want it, we can add a UHMW plastic layer on top for extra sliding action and shock absorption. Either way, it bolts on with our custom hardware — no drilling into your frame, no hassle.

Aluminum or Aluminum + UHMW
Aluminum base: 0.160" thick 5052-H32 aircraft-grade aluminum with a clear anodized finish that resists corrosion.
Aluminum + UHMW option: Same aluminum underneath, but with a tough plastic overlay on top. The plastic lets the skid glide over rocks and absorbs hits better than aluminum alone.

Our brackets are Chromoly steel — more than twice as strong as regular steel. Your skid plate stays locked down, doesn't rattle, and comes off easy when you need to work on the bike.
