1998-2004 YZ400F Kickstand by Ricochet
This Ricochet kickstand is built from chromoly steel and heat-treated carbon steel — the same materials used in aerospace. It'll handle the weight of your bike and keep standing solid on uneven ground without bending or breaking like cheaper aluminum would. Weighs 1.5 lbs and installs in about 5 minutes.
What You Get
- 4130 chromoly shaft
- Heat-treated T1 carbon steel bracket and clamp (about 10 times stronger than regular mild steel)
- High-tension steel spring that won't wear out from vibration and daily riding
How It Works
The clamp grips tight around your swing-arm so it stays put. When you're riding, the kickstand tucks up and away so it won't catch on anything. The spring is built to last through years of vibrations without getting tired or loose.
