Pick Your Material
3/16" 5052 H-32 Aluminum (FB): Straight aluminum for maximum durability and impact resistance. Solid choice if you bash through heavy terrain and want protection that won't quit.
3/16" Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW Layer (FB-P): Combines aluminum strength with a slippery plastic layer on top. Rocks and debris slide over it instead of digging in. Good middle ground if you run mixed trails and want both toughness and glide.
Powder Coat Option
Want them black and sharp-looking? Add a powder coat finish for $125 — it'll look clean and hold up for years. Just plan on an extra 1-2 weeks for that to ship.
