3/16" Aluminum: Solid, rigid protection that stands up to hard hits and demanding trail work. This is the straightforward choice if you want dependable defense across the whole kit.
Hybrid — 3/16" Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW Layer (-P): Combines aluminum strength with a self-lubricating plastic layer on top. Rocks and roots slide right over it instead of catching. Good for guys who mix it up between different terrain types.
1/2" UHMW (-U): Thick self-lubricating plastic that slides smoothly over rocks and roots. Pick this if you're constantly running rocky or rooted trails and want that gliding action. Only fits 2021-2025 models.
Black Powder Coat Option
Want it all blacked out? You can add a black powder coat finish to your skid plates for $140. It looks sharp and holds up great. If you go this route, expect an extra 1-2 weeks before it ships.
