Material choices:
Pick between 3/16" aluminum for a solid baseline setup, or step up to 3/16" aluminum with a 1/4" UHMW layer on top for extra impact resistance where it counts most.
Black powder coat finish:
Want it black and tough-looking? You've got two ways to go. The Complete option ($179 extra) coats your front bash plate, A-arm guards, rock sliders, and frame skids in black. The Visible option ($120 extra) just coats the front bash, A-arm guards, and rock sliders—the pieces you actually see. Either way, plan on an extra 1-2 weeks for shipping when you add the powder coat.
