Polaris Sportsman 570 Trail A-Arm / CV Boot Guard Kit (2023–2026)
Your A-arms and CV boots are exposed on every ride, and rocks, logs, and stumps don't miss them. This guard kit wraps both the front and rear in solid protection so your suspension components stay safe and you keep riding. Built from 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum — strong, tough, and ready to bolt on right out of the box. You can also grab the version with a UHMW overlay if you want extra resistance against scrapes and wear.
Fits all Polaris Sportsman 570 Trail models, 2023 through 2026.

Build Details
Both guards are cut from 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum — a material that stands up to the beating your undercarriage takes on rough terrain. If you go with the UHMW overlay version, you get an extra layer of protection against abrasion and damage from constant contact with rocks and brush.
Black Powder Coat Option
Want that clean, finished look? Add a black powder coat for $50. Just know that if you pick this option, plan for an extra 1 to 2 weeks before it ships.
Installation Note
Use blue Loctite on the bolts instead of anti-seize — it'll keep everything tight and secure out on the trail.
