Your Sportsman 570 Trail gets down to business on some gnarly terrain, so the undercarriage needs real protection. This skid plate kit shields your frame, A-arms, CV boots, and floorboards from rocks, logs, stumps, and whatever else you encounter out there. Built from 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum and made right here in the USA, it's designed to absorb punishment while you keep moving forward without hesitation.
Fits all Polaris Sportsman 570 Trail models, 2023 through 2026.

What You're Getting
These are 3/16" thick 5052-H32 aluminum — the same tough alloy that gets the job done for serious trail riders. Strong enough to take a beating, solid enough to protect what matters.
If you've got a 2025 or 2026 model, you can also add an optional 1/4" UHMW plastic layer (SKU 8866F-P) that slides over obstacles with less friction and extra durability.
Black Powder Coat Option
Want it to look dialed in? You can add a black powder coat finish. Fair warning: going this route will tack on 1 to 2 extra weeks to your delivery time, but you'll get a clean, protected finish that looks sharp.
