Polaris Sportsman 570 Trail Floorboard Guards (2025–2026)
Your floorboards are going to get hammered out there. These guards protect them from rocks, roots, stumps, and whatever else you hit on the trail. They're made from heavy-duty aluminum right here in the USA, and they bolt straight on—no modification, no fussing around.

Material Options
You've got two choices. The base option is 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum—solid, strong, and proven on the trail. If you want even tougher impact protection, you can go with 3/16" aluminum paired with 1/4" UHMW plastic on top, which absorbs bigger hits and lets obstacles slide off easier.
Black Powder Coat Finish
Want them to look sharp and stay protected from the elements? Add a black powder coat for $30. It takes an extra 1 to 2 weeks to ship, but you'll get a clean, finished look that matches a blacked-out build.
