Polaris Sportsman 570 Ultimate Trail A-Arm Guards (2021–2026)
These A-arm guards shield your Polaris Sportsman 570 Ultimate Trail's front and rear A-arms and CV boots from getting banged up by rocks, logs, and whatever else the trail throws at you. They're made from 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum and built tough to handle serious off-road abuse without breaking down.

Build & Material
The guards are stamped from thick 3/16" aluminum that won't dent or crumple when you hit rocks and roots. If you want even more scratch resistance on rough terrain, you can upgrade to aluminum with a UHMW (ultra-high-molecular-weight plastic) overlay — that's SKU 986A-P. The overlay takes the abuse so the aluminum underneath stays looking decent longer.

Out of the box, you get the raw aluminum guards. Want them black instead? Add a black powder coat finish for $50 — just know that'll add 1 to 2 weeks to your ship time while they get coated.
Installation Notes
Use blue Loctite on the bolts instead of anti-seize — it'll keep everything tighter and more secure once you're out riding.
