Aluminum Option
Built from 3/16" 5052-H32 marine-grade aluminum. This stuff is strong, stands up to corrosion, and can take repeated hits without denting or cracking. You get a tough setup that looks factory-fresh right when you bolt it on. If you want, you can add a black powder coat finish at checkout for $220 — just know that'll tack on 1–2 weeks to your ship time.
UHMW Polyethylene Option
Half-inch Ultra-High Molecular Weight plastic that's built different. It absorbs impacts instead of passing them to your frame, and the slick surface lets rocks and roots slide under you rather than grab and jolt you around. If you run rocky or rooty terrain and want less noise and a smoother feel, this is your choice. The front bash plate on this option is aluminum with black powder coat already on it — no finish upgrades available for this setup.
Finish Options
Aluminum skid plates ship as-is, or add black powder coat for $220 (adds 1–2 weeks to delivery). UHMW kits come with the bash plate already finished in black — no additional options.
