This guard kit wraps both the front and rear A-arms and CV boots in solid protection so you can push harder without worrying about what's underneath.

Everything bolts straight on—no drilling, cutting, or welding required. Fits 2024 Polaris Xpedition ADV 5 models only.
How It's Built
These guards are stamped from 3/16"" 5052-H32 aluminum, a tough marine-grade alloy that doesn't crack, dent easily, or rust out. This stuff is heavy and solid—it's designed to take repeated impacts and keep on protecting your suspension geometry without failing.
Black Powder Coat Option
If you want that blacked-out finish instead of the bare aluminum, you can add a black powder coat for an extra $50. Just keep in mind—orders with the powder coat will take an additional 1–2 weeks before they ship out.
Note: We recommend using blue Loctite on all fasteners instead of anti-seize.
