3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW — Two-layer defense. The UHMW layer on bottom handles the impacts and lets you slide over rough ground smoother. Pick this if you're really testing your limits.
Black Powder Coat Option
Want it to look as tough as it is? Add a black powder coat finish for $30. Gives it that dialed-in appearance and keeps it looking sharp longer. Just know that if you go this route, add about 1 to 2 weeks to your ship time while it gets coated and cures.
