Material Options
3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum — Solid choice. Strong enough to handle whatever you hit it with, and it's what most people go with.
3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW Overlay — If you want maximum protection, the UHMW layer absorbs impacts and slides over obstacles smoothly. Pick this if you're hitting gnarly terrain and want the extra cushion.
Black Powder Coat Option
Add a black powder coat finish for $35 if you want them to look clean and match your rig's style. This option adds 1 to 2 weeks to your ship time, but it looks sharp and the finish holds up.
