The Material
This is built from 5052-H32 aircraft-grade aluminum, 0.160" thick. You get real durability without dragging around extra weight. The clear anodized finish that comes standard gives you solid corrosion protection and keeps the aluminum looking clean over time.
Installation
The heat-treated Chrome-Moly clamps bolt right to your frame—no drilling, no tapping required. The whole job takes minutes, and the clamps stay put without any rattle. If you ever need to pull it off for maintenance or repairs, it comes right back off just as easy.
