Kawasaki KLX300SM Skid Plate (2021-2026) – Redesigned & Built Tougher
We completely redesigned this skid plate from scratch, and it's now our strongest version yet. It wraps around your whole undercarriage to keep rocks, logs, and stumps from beating up your bike. You get a precision-fit aluminum base that bolts on without any drilling—just use the custom hardware we include and you're done. If you want even more slide and shock absorption, add a UHMW plastic layer on top of the aluminum.

The Hardware Story
We make our brackets and fasteners from Chromoly steel, which is more than twice as strong as regular mild steel. That means your skid plate stays locked down, doesn't rattle, and comes off easy when you need to get underneath.
Already Own One? Add The Overlay
If you've got our skid plate on your bike already and want the UHMW protection without swapping the whole thing out, we sell the overlay separately (SKU 266-U). It's sized to sit right on top of what you've got.

Want it in black instead of the standard finish? Add a black powder coat—just know it'll take an extra 1 to 2 weeks to ship and it only comes in black.
