What You're Getting
This is a solid aluminum skid plate for your Triumph Tiger 800 that bolts right on without any drilling or modifications to your bike. It comes with all the mounting hardware you need. Your Tiger 800 has four rubber isolators built into the frame—those stay in place and do the job of cushioning vibration. If yours are damaged or missing, we stock replacement rubber mounts separately.
The Plate Itself
Made from 5052 H32 aluminum and cut to .160 inch thick, this thing will take the hits—rocks, logs, stumps, all of it. The standard finish is clear anodize, which keeps rust away and holds up over time. Straightforward protection that does its job.
Black Powder Coat Option
If you want it blacked out instead of the clear finish, we can do that. Just know it'll take an extra 1 to 2 weeks to get to you since the coating is applied after we make it.
