Built from 3/16" 5052 H-32 aluminum — that's thick enough to take real punishment without being so heavy it drags your quad down. The material's chosen specifically so it won't rust or corrode like steel would, and it absorbs impact without cracking or denting easily.
Fits 2000–2006 Big Bear 400 models running straight axle suspension only — make sure that's your setup before ordering.
