This is a Ricochet skid plate built for Yamaha WRX250 models from 1988 through 1997. It's made from 5052 H32 aircraft-grade aluminum, .160 inch thick, so it can handle the abuse your bike takes on the trail. The whole thing comes with a clear anodize finish right out of the box for corrosion protection. Installation is straightforward—no drilling or tapping required. You get everything you need to bolt it on, including the heavy-duty mounting bracket and our proprietary hardware. Built right here in the USA.

Fit
Yamaha WRX250, 1988-1997. Different model years have different SKU numbers: '88-'89 is SKU 212, '90-'93 is SKU 215, and '94-'97 is SKU 216. Make sure you grab the right one for your year.
Finish Options
Your plate ships with a clear anodize by default. If you want black powder coat instead, we can handle that here—just add it to your order. Fair warning: the black powder coat adds about 1-2 weeks to how long it takes us to get it out to you, and black is the only color we offer on this upgrade.
