Material Choices
You've got two options here. Go with straight 3/16" aluminum if you want solid protection that's straightforward. Or step up to 3/16" aluminum with 1/4" UHMW plastic bonded to the underside — the plastic layer helps absorb impacts and is tougher against abrasion.
Finish Options
The standard finish comes as-is. If you want it in black powder coat, that'll add $100 to your order and tack on an extra 1-2 weeks before it ships out.
